It also targets and destroys the fungi and bacteria responsible for the infection. This cream is simple to use and effective when used as instructed. It does not cause any unnecessary stinging and is suitable for a range of other infections including nappy rash, thrush and ringworm.Fungal skin infections such as athletes’ foot are caused by fungi and bacteria that live on the surface of the skin.
